3- Appointment confirmation Call

Setter will call on the day of the appointment to remind.

4- Moving Stages-etc

if No Show, A- then move to no show Stage, B- change appointment status for team rebook follow up to no show.

5- Follow up calls by Agent

Call Lead after 2 min, after 4 hours & next day around the same time, ISA will start trying to rebook after Agents 3 call follow up after 24 hrs.

6- Call Rebook 3 day Follow up

2 calls a day to Rebook for next 3 days after that we will move to the long-term nurture stage.
