Part 2: Refund and Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final sale. This part applies to every course, coaching program, group program and service offered by Huria Kiran, operating as Authority Clone ("the Provider"). By enrolling in or paying for any offering, you ("the Client") agree to it.
R1. Final sale
R1.1 All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made, except as stated in section R3.
R1.2 This applies to: (a) online courses and recorded training; (b) group coaching programs and challenges; (c) one-on-one coaching, including the Authority Clone program; and (d) done-for-you services.
R1.3 Digital content is considered delivered when access is granted. Access is granted at enrolment, so no refund is available whether or not you have viewed the content.
R1.4 The Client acknowledges that the Provider reserves time, capacity and resources for each Client on enrolment, and that this is the basis for the final sale terms.
R2. Reasons that do not qualify for a refund
A refund will not be given for any of the following:
• A change of mind, circumstances, schedule, business plans or finances.
• Not completing the program, not attending sessions, or not doing the work.
• Dissatisfaction with results, or results that differ from the Client's expectations.
• Technical issues on the Client's side, such as devices or internet access.
• Cancelling the program, or stopping participation, after enrolment.
R3. The only exception: the Provider cannot deliver
R3.1 If the Provider is unable to deliver a scheduled session or program date because of illness, injury, a family emergency or another serious circumstance beyond the Provider's reasonable control, the following applies.
R3.2 Reschedule first. The Provider will offer a new date or format within a reasonable time. The Client agrees to accept a reasonable alternative.
R3.3 Refund only if rescheduling is not possible. If the Provider cannot offer a reasonable alternative, the Provider will refund the portion of the fee that corresponds to the sessions not delivered, calculated on a pro-rata basis. Sessions already delivered and content already accessed are not refundable.
R3.4 Any refund under this section will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of the Provider's written confirmation.
R3.5 The Provider will notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible when a session cannot proceed.
R4. Client scheduling
R4.1 The Client may reschedule a session at any time within the dates of the program, subject to the Provider's availability.
R4.2 Sessions not used before the program end date are forfeited. They are not refundable, extendable or transferable, unless the Provider agrees in writing.
R4.3 Missing a group session does not entitle the Client to a refund. Where a recording is made, the Provider may share it at its discretion.
R5. Payment plans
R5.1 If the Client chooses a payment plan, the Client agrees to pay every instalment on its due date.
R5.2 The payment plan is a way to pay the full fee over time. It is not a trial or a subscription, and it does not give the client a right to cancel.
R5.3 If the client stops participating or asks to cancel, all remaining installments stay due and payable.
R5.4 If an installment fails, the Provider may pause access and services until the balance is up to date and may charge the unpaid amount to the payment method on file.
R6. Chargebacks and disputes
R6.1 Please contact [email protected] before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer so the matter can be resolved directly.
R6.2 The Client agrees that a payment made in line with this policy is a valid charge. If a chargeback is filed, the Provider may submit this policy, the enrollment records, and proof of access or delivery to the card issuer as evidence and may suspend access to all services while the dispute is open.
R7. No guarantee of results
R7.1 The Provider shares strategy, guidance, and tools. Results depend on the client's actions, effort, market, and circumstances.
R7.2 The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome, including clients, revenue, followers, leads, or business growth.
R8. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right that the Client has under applicable law and that cannot be waived, including consumer protection law. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
R9. Governing law
This part is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights of the Client under the law of the Client's place of residence.
R10. Changes and contact
The Provider may update this policy. The version in effect on the date of purchase applies to that purchase. For questions or a request under section R3, email [email protected].

I want to tell you about my mother first.
She is one of the most intelligent, hardworking, and capable women I have ever known. She spent her career as a Professor. She raised five children. She carried an entire family on her back while going to work every single day. And the world never saw her.
I watched her my entire childhood. And I made myself a promise I never said out loud. I would never become invisible the way she had.
I came to Canada in 2008 from Lahore, Pakistan.
I thought I was coming for freedom. I found the same walls in a different country. So I built anyway.
I changed three buses in Canadian winters to get to college. I failed my driving test eight times and went back every single time. I bought my first car with my own saved money seven thousand dollars, a Toyota Corolla, mine and that was the moment my real life began.
In 2014 I left my marriage with two daughters and nowhere to go.
I drove to my own driveway every morning for fourteen days just to see my daughters through a window to hold them for sixty seconds and drive away again. Then I changed the locks. I sat on the floor of my reclaimed home and decided right there that my circumstances would never become my ceiling.
What followed were years of building. A six figure marketing business from scratch. I sat across from the top Realtors in Toronto and asked them what actually built their business then trained agents in the scripts, the follow up, and the camera confidence most of them were avoiding. I was interviewed on television about personal development, reaching your true potential, and becoming the best version of yourself.
I was invited to teach on the GoHighLevel and BIGVU platforms training their own users on their own tools. I spoke for Immigrant Women in Business standing in front of a room full of women who arrived the way I did. I wrote books. And I learned directly from Tony Robbins. Bob Proctor. Jack Canfield. Les Brown. Lisa Nichols. Raymond Aaron. Dean Graziosi. Billy Gene. Behind all of it custody battles fought alone. Court cases I could not afford lawyers for. Relationships that cost me years I will never get back.
In 2022 I finally stopped. And I looked at myself honestly.
I had the rooms. I had the stages. I had the training most people spend a lifetime chasing. And almost nobody knew. I had been giving everything to everyone my skills, my time, my energy, my expertise while staying invisible myself. I was the best kept secret nobody hired.
Not because I was not good enough. Because nobody could find me online. And when they did my brand did not make me the obvious choice. Read that again. Because it is the part almost every excellent professional gets wrong.
Credentials are not visibility. A résumé is not a reputation. Being in the room is not the same as being remembered.
That honest moment became Authority Clone.
I built it because I know exactly what it costs to stay invisible.
I built it for every professional who is excellent at what they do but whose online presence does not yet show it. For every established expert who is operating below their real potential because the right clients cannot find them. For every self-employed professional whose income is unpredictable because they have no system beyond waiting for referrals.
And I built it for my mother. Who spent her whole life teaching others while nobody made sure the world could see her. She deserved to be seen long before I knew how to say it. Now I do.
Be Seen. Be Trusted. Be Chosen.
